Mobile agent app
The WhautoVoice mobile app is a phone for taking and making business calls on the move. It is available for iOS and Android.

What the app does

| Calls | Your availability, the calls live on the floor right now, and the call log filtered by all, missed or mine. Tap a call to open it, tap the green button to call back. |
| Keypad | A dialler with a caller ID picker, contact matching as you type, and long-press 0 for +. |
| Contacts | Search, add and edit contacts, with each contact's call history and pipeline stage. |
| Settings | Availability, workspace switch, team, phone numbers (read only), appearance, language, notification choices, ringer and vibration, sign out. |
Calls sit on top of every tab, so a call survives whatever you do:
- Incoming call fills the screen with Decline and Answer far apart, and a way to silence the ringer without declining. On Twilio the app rings a locked phone like a normal call.
- In call gives you Mute, Keypad, Speaker, Hold, Record, Transfer, Note and Contact. Swipe down to minimise the call to a green pill with the running timer.
- Wrap-up appears the moment a call ends, with outcome chips and a note field.
What stays in the web app
Campaigns, queues, AI voice agents, call flows, number provisioning, reports and workspace settings are deliberately not in the app. Administrators keep doing that work in the browser.
Set up your workspace
- Twilio only: verify the integration once
- Ringing a locked phone needs push credentials in your Twilio account, and WhautoVoice installs them for you the moment the Twilio credentials verify. If you connected Twilio before the app was available, open Settings > Integrations > Twilio and click Save & verify once. Nothing to create in the Twilio console.
- Switch on Mobile notifications
- Under Settings > Notifications, each event has a Mobile toggle. Choose which ones should reach your phone.
- Keep presence accurate
- The app uses the same Available, Busy, Wrap-up and Offline states as the web app, and the same call handling timers.
